Our size allows us to take up to 10 dogs a day.
All that we require is food for your dog! In addition to plenty of leash and harnesses, we have a large variety of toys and treats, as well as XL dog crates and lots of dog beds for campers to enjoy.
You are welcome to bring anything that you think will help make your dog comfortable, but we ask that possessions are packed into a bag so that things don't get mixed up. Comfort toys, special blankets, owner's shirt, etc. are great additions for boarders!
We are a registered business with the state of Colorado. We have a business coverage with Pet Care Insurance backed by Lloyd's of London.
Unlike their human companions, most dogs LOVE bad weather. We are out and at the park in the rain, snow and shine. Though sometimes we do have to shorten the length of the park adventure or other exercise because of extreme weather.
We usually do not need to separate dogs during the day, but might do so if a dog is having issues with socializing. At bedtime boarders will be separated and kenneled for their comfort and safety.
If your dog can not be kenneled, we made still be able to accommodate boarding requests but it will depend on our other bookings.
As per CO state law, we require copies of all dogs vaccination records and require Distemper, Parvovirus, Rabies, and Bordetella vaccines. Additionally, we ask that campers keep up with regular flea, tick and worm medication as we want your dogs to enjoy outdoor actives safely.
While this doesn’t happen often it is best to be prepared for the unexpected. In addition to being insured, we are trained in CPR and First Aid practices; we will evaluate the situation and take necessary steps. We will notify you immediately of any serious injury and if appropriate will transport to the local emergency veterinarian.
We allow free cancellations for most services up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. For cancellations within 24 hours (or for no shows) we expect 50% of the agreed upon service rate be paid. If we cannot access your pup or reach you during a scheduled service the full rate of the service will be charged.
We are not able to take females in heat. We can often accommodate unneutered males but it depends entirely on temperament.
Yes! We can generally give medication but it depends on what is required.
